The main focus is on silicon Si-type semiconductors in bulk form and in the form of thin and nanoscale silicon films on insulating substrates. The practical use of the effect for the creation of measuring transducers of mechanical deformations - strain gauges - is considered. An example of the construction of sensors and their main characteristics and capabilities is given. Встановлено, що збільшення λ підвищує максимуми аналогів прискорення та ривка, а знак k визначає розподіл кута повороту кривошипа між прямим і зворотним ходами та співвідношення середніх швидкостей цих ходів. Обґрунтовано кінематичну сумісність двох дзеркально розташованих ланцюгів зі спільним повзуном за умови протилежного обертання кривошипів. Отримані залежності можуть бути використані під час синтезу механізмів голки та формування необхідних законів руху голковода.; The influence of the geometric parameters of a double-crank needle mechanism of a sewing machine on the laws of motion of the needle bar and its kinematic characteristics is investigated. Based on the analytical displacement equation, the analogues of velocity, acceleration, and jerk are determined for ranges of the relative crank radius λ=0.1÷0.5 and the relative offset k=-1÷1. It is established that an increase in λ raises the maximum values of the acceleration and jerk analogues, while the sign of k determines the distribution of the crank rotation angle between the forward and return strokes and the ratio of their mean velocities. The kinematic compatibility of two mirror-arranged kinematic chains sharing a common slider is substantiated under the condition that the cranks rotate in opposite directions.
