Об’єктом дослідження виступає сукупність економічних відносин, що виникають у процесі формування, залучення, розподілу та використання інвестиційних ресурсів для забезпечення сталого розвитку національної економіки. Теоретичну основу дослідження становлять фундаментальні положення економічної теорії, теорії сталого розвитку, інвестиційного менеджменту, інституціональної економіки, теорії економічного зростання та концепції сталого фінансування. It is argued that the current digitalization of the economy necessitates the transition of enterprises to integrated, digitally oriented management systems that ensure greater efficiency in business processes, strategic adaptability, and competitiveness. The study analyzes modern approaches to the digital transformation of business processes, the impact of digital technologies on enterprise management systems, and the role of innovative tools in ensuring business resilience. The aim of the study is to develop an integrated model for the innovative development of enterprise business processes by combining digital technologies, adaptive management, analytical support, and innovative mechanisms to enhance operational efficiency in the modern digital environment. As a result of the study, an integrated model for the innovative development of business processes was developed, encompassing digital infrastructure, innovative management, an analytical support system, risk management mechanisms, an ESG-oriented approach, intellectual capital development, and a digital security system. An integrated indicator for assessing the innovative development of business processes in enterprises has been proposed, enabling a comprehensive evaluation of an enterprise’s digital maturity, innovative activity, and strategic resilience. Краткий осмотр (реферат): Урсодезоксихолева кислота (УДХК) – одна з нативних жовчних кислот, яка синтезується в процесі нормального обміну жовчних кислот в організмі людини та широко використовується у формі твердих лікарських форм як терапевтичний засіб першої лінії в лікуванні різних холестатичних захворювань і гепатобіліарних патологій печінки, а також у лікуванні холестеринових жовчних каменів. Під час синтезу в субстанцію УДХК можуть потрапляти домішки як споріднені жовчні кислоти, а саме хенодезоксихолева кислота (домішка А), холева кислота (домішка В) і літохолева кислота (домішка С), які застосовуються як вихідний матеріал, а також інші органічні сполуки, зокрема альдегіди та кетони. Нами розроблено аналітичну методику визначення домішок УДХК у твердих желатинових капсулах методом тонкошарової хроматографії, яка характеризується експресністю та відносно низькою вартістю рутинного контролю порівняно з рідинною хроматографією. Утворені плями ідентифікованих домішок оцінювали в порівнянні з плямами розчинів стандартів. Результати аналізу вважали достовірними, якщо на хроматограмі розчину порівняння (g) спостерігали дві плями. Оцінено валідаційні характеристики: специфічність, робастність, придатність хроматографічної системи, межа виявлення. Робастність досліджено з використанням ненасиченої камери й доведено, що методика є стійкою до зміни ступеня насичення камер. Придатність хроматографічної системи перевірено на пластинах тієї самої фірми виробника з алюмінієвою та скляною підкладками. Встановлено, що тип підкладки сорбенту не впливає на придатність хроматографічної системи. Розраховано максимально допустимі значення меж виявлення для УДХК та її домішок та доведено, що плями домішок на рівні межі виявлення чітко спостерігаються.; Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) is one of the native bile acids, which is synthesized in the process of normal bile acid metabolism in the human body and is widely used in the form of solid dosage forms as a first-line therapeutic agent for various cholestatic diseases and hepatobiliary pathologies of the liver and the treatment of cholesterol gallstones. During the synthesis, impurities such as related bile acids, namely chenodeoxycholic acid (impurity A), cholic acid (impurity B) and lithocholic acid (impurity C), which are used as starting material, as well as other organic compounds, such as aldehydes and ketones, may enter the UDCA substance. We have developed an analytical technique for determining UDCA impurities in hard gelatin capsules by thin-layer chromatography, which is characterized by expressiveness and relatively low cost of routine control compared to liquid chromatography. The formed spots of identified impurities were evaluated in comparison with the spots of standard solutions. The analysis results were considered reliable if two spots were observed in the chromatogram of the reference solution (g). The validation characteristics of specificity, robustness, suitability of the chromatographic system, and detection limit were evaluated. Robustness was investigated using an unsaturated chamber and it was proven that the method is resistant to changes in the degree of saturation of the chambers.The suitability of the chromatographic system was tested on plates of the same manufacturer with aluminum and glass substrate types. It was established that the type of sorbent substrate does not affect the suitability of the chromatographic system. It demonstrates that mitiga-tion operates not only through traditional hedging devices but also through a wider array of linguistic mechanisms, including syntactic transformations, nominalizations, ge-neralized formulations, and reservations. These elements influence the force of directive and commissive speech acts, challenging traditional functional classifications of mitigators such as Caffi’s tripartite model. Theoretically, the study extends the understanding of mitigation beyond conventional hedging, offering new insights into how illo-cutionary force is modulated in institutional legal contexts not only by hedges (traditionally related to the illocutionary scope) but also by bushes (interpreted in pragmatics as affecting the propositional scope). The findings emphasi-ze the centrality of register parameters – Field, Tenor, and Mode – in shaping discursive strategies and pragmatic functions in international legal discourse. First of all, attention is drawn to the need to take into account theoretical and practical standards for mastering knowledge of the functioning of colors, with a possible additional application of a favorable creative Pop art method for analyzing the use of colors in stylistically complex visual solutions. The study also emphasizes the artistic significance of Andy Warhol’s decisive achievements as an outstanding representative of Pop art, whose works indicate the promise of refining professional skills to achieve spectacular accuracy in reproducing harmonious color combinations. Pop art styling is only seemingly a narrow thematic component, because mastering the professional possibilities of color requires taking into account the famous and influential achievements of global significance. Andy Warhol’s creative contribution is undoubtedly an unforgettable page in the history of art, but his visual innovations in color polyphony have taken knowledge of the functioning of colors to a new dimension of progressive realization. Thus, considering the specifics of color combinations in the artworks of Pop art representatives, especially Andy Warhol, is a consistent thread throughout this study. Обсяг ініціальних вокативних конструкцій, їх наповнення прикметниками-інтенсифікаторами напряму залежав від соціального становища адресата. По-третє, опрацьовані джерела підтверджують існування в діловому листуванні Гетьманщини успадкованої з попередньої доби статусної асиметрії між адресатом і адресантом, що виявлялася у вираженому етикетними формулами підкресленому звеличенні першого й самоприниженні останнього. При цьому в її основі лежала не лише станова чи майнова нерівність, а й прагнення автора продовжувати спілкування й досягнути поставленої мети.; The purpose of the article is to characterize the features of the reflection of the social status of correspondents in the business correspondence of the Ukrainian Hetmanate of the second half of the 17th –middle 18th centuries. It has been established that the main verbal way of conscious expression of the social status of the communicator is the standard etiquette formulas of the beginning and end of a business letter. The role of status is played by lexemes that determine the place of a person in the social structure (social honorifics, regulatives) or reproduce the hierarchical organization of the military-administrative institutions and religious community of that time (military ranks, administrative positions, church ranks). The considered etiquette formulas were a reflection of the social stratification of society in the second half of the 17th – middle18th centuries. They were formed on the basis of the norms of local customary law, as well as under the direct influence of the clerkship of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth and Muscovy. The volume of initial vocative constructions, their filling with adjectives-intensifiers directly depended on the social status of the addressee. Thirdly, the studied sources confirm the existence in the business correspondence of the Hetmanate of a status asymmetry between the addressee and the addresser inherited from the previous era, which was manifested in the emphasized exaltation of the former and the self-humiliation of the latter expressed by etiquette formulas. At the same time, it was based not only on class or property inequality, but also on the author's desire to continue communication and achieve the set goal. The reflection of the social status of correspondents in the business correspondence of the Hetmanate was studied for the first time. The extract was standardised for the content of phenolic compounds, flavonoids, terpenoids and alkaloids; the content of heavy metals, residual amounts of solvents and microbiological purity were controlled in accordance with pharmacopoeial requirements. To optimise the emulsion base, an orthogonal experimental design was used with variations in the ratio of hydrophilic colloids, emulsifier concentration and phase composition. Organoleptic properties, pH, stability, and dynamic viscosity were evaluated as key structural and mechanical indicators. Antibacterial activity was evaluated using agar diffusion and serial dilution methods against reference strains of Staphylococcus aureus and Propionibacterium acnes. Assessment of irritant effect and general safety was carried out using an alternative in vitro method, HET-CAM (Hen’s Egg Test – Chorioallantoic Membrane). During experimental studies, the optimal ratio of cream components was theoretically substantiated and experimentally confirmed, thereby ensuring the formation of a stable O/W thermodynamic system with a physiologically acceptable pH (5.5–6.5). The study of structural and mechanical properties enabled us to establish optimal rheological parameters (plasticity, spreadability) that ensure comfortable application to affected skin areas. The results of microbiological tests showed a pronounced antibacterial effect: the level of inhibition of pathogen growth was ≥ 99% for S. aureus and ≥ 90% for P. acnes, which confirms the feasibility of using Speranskia tuberculata extract in the treatment of pyoderma. Testing using the HET-CAM method proved the absence of toxic and irritating effects on mucous membranes and capillaries. A technological scheme for cream production, with defined control points, was proposed to ensure reproducibility and standardised product quality. The composition and technology of an antibacterial cream based on Speranskia tuberculata extract were developed. It was proven that the created preparation is physicochemically stable, microbiologically clean and highly effective against key pathogens of skin infections. The results obtained allow us to position the developed cream as a promising herbal preparation for the treatment of acne and other inflammatory skin diseases, ready for clinical trials and implementation in pharmaceutical production.; Мета роботи – наукове обґрунтування складу та розроблення раціональної технології антибакте ріального крему типу олія/вода з використанням стандартизованого сухого етилацетатного екстракту Speranskia tuberculata (Bunge) Baill., оцінка його фізико-хімічних, мікробіологічних та структурно-механічних показників, антибактеріальної активності і безпечності для локального застосування за шкірних інфекціях. Екстракт стандартизовано за вмістом фенольних сполук, флавоноїдів, терпеноїдів та алкалоїдів; контролювали вміст важких металів, залишкові кількості розчинників та мікробіологічну чистоту відповідно до фармакопейних вимог. Для оптимізації емульсійної основи застосовано ортогональний план експерименту з варіюванням співвідношення гідрофільних колоїдів, концентрації емульгаторів і фазового складу. Оцінювали органолептичні властивості, pH, стабільність та динамічну в’язкість як ключовий структурно-механічний показник. Антибактеріальний потенціал вивчали методами дифузії в агар та серійних розведень щодо референтних штамів Staphylococcus aureus і Propionibacterium acnes. Оцінку подразнювальної дії та загальної безпечності здійснювали за допомогою альтернативного методу in vitro HET-CAM (тест на хоріоналантоїсній мембрані курячого ембріона). У ході експериментальних досліджень було теоретично обґрунтовано та експериментально підтверджено оптимальне співвідношення компонентів крему, що забезпечує формування стійкої термодинамічної системи типу олія/вода з фізіологічно прийнятним рівнем рН (5,5–6,5). Вивчення структурно-механічних властивостей дало змогу встановити оптимальні реологічні параметри (пластичність, намащуваність), що гарантують комфортне нанесення на уражені ділянки шкіри. Результати мікробіологічних тестів засвідчили виражену антибактеріальну дію: рівень інгібування росту патогенів становив ≥ 99% для S. aureus та ≥ 90% для P. acnes, що підтверджує доцільність використання екстракту Speranskia tuberculata у терапії піодермій. Тестування за методикою HET-CAM довело відсутність токсичної та подразнювальної дії на слизові оболонки та капіляри. Запропоновано технологічну схему виробництва крему з визначенням контрольних точок, що забезпечує відтворюваність та стандартизовану якість продукції. Розроблено склад та технологію антибактеріального крему на основі екстракту Speranskia tuberculata. Доведено, що створений препарат є фізико-хімічно стабільним, мікробіологічно чистим та високоефективним щодо ключових збудників шкірних інфекцій. Одержані результати дають змогу позиціонувати розроблений крем як перспективний фітопрепарат для лікування акне та інших запальних захворювань шкіри, готовий до етапу клінічних випробувань та впровадження у фармацевтичне виробництво.
