Strategy for higher education development in the Republic of Bulgaria – problems and trends

Abstract

The strategy for higher education development in the Republic of Bulgaria is of crucial importance for the quality of the trained specialists and their realization in the business. That's why, the subject of this study is the general state of higher education and the main objective is to identify the problems and outline the concept of its further development in the context of European Higher Education Strategy 2014–2020 and the specifics of the educational process in Bulgaria.

Стратегія розвитку вищої освіти в Р. Болгарії має певне значення для якості фахівців, що навчаються та їх реалізації в бізнесі. Тому предметом даного дослідження є загальний стан вищої освіти, а основною метою – вказати на проблеми та виявити рамки концепції для його подальшого розвитку в контексті Європейської Стратегії вищої освіти на період 2014–2020 рр. і специфіку освітнього процесу в Болгарії.
