dc.description.abstract	The analysis of possible reasons of black-variegated hides ineffective unhairing has been carried out. The hypothesis has been advanced as to the existance of complex structures Ca2+ and Mg2+ with melanin biopolymers in basalt layer of epidermis. The technologies of unhairing-liming of black-variegated hides with hair preservation has been developed. These technologies differ as compared with traditional ones in regard to less water and toxic materials consumption.	en
