Актуальні проблеми розвитку вищої освіти в Україні

Abstract

В статті розглянуті принципи функціонування загальноєвропейської системи вищої освіти. Наведено кількість навчальних закладів за регіонами України, враховуючи кількість осіб, які навчаються у цих закладах. Проаналізовані основні проблеми розвитку вищої освіти в Україні. Розкриті основні проблеми збалансованості ринку освітніх послуг і ринку праці. Запропоновано шляхи вирішення проблеми взаємовідносин освіти та ринку праці. Приділено увагу проблемі низької підготовки фахівців вищих навчальних закладів та наведено напрями підвищення якості вищої освіти. Визначені проблеми фінансування вищих навчальних закладів, які є суттєвими перешкодами для розвитку вищої освіти в Україні.

The article deals with the principles of functioning of the pan-European system of higher education. The number of educational institutions by regions of Ukraine is given, taking into account the number of persons studying in these institutions. The main problems of the development of higher education in Ukraine are analyzed. The main problems of balancing the market of educational services and the labor market are revealed. The ways of solving the problem of the relationship between education and the labor market are proposed. The attention was paid to the problem of low training of specialists of higher educational institutions and directions of higher education quality improvement. The problems of financing of higher educational institutions are identified, which are significant obstacles for the development of higher education in Ukraine.
