Abstract

У роботі було визначено теоретичні аспекти процесу прийняття управлінських рішень в менеджменті бізнес-структур. Проаналізовано методи прийняття рішень в менеджменті бізнес-структур. Охарактеризовано поведінкові особливості прийняття рішень в менеджменті бізнес-структур. Зроблено комплексний аналіз економічної діяльності об’єкту дослідження, разом із аналізом процесу прийняття рішень в управлінській діяльності компанії ТОВ "ЛОГІСТИК ПРОФСЕРВІС", визначено аналіз поведінкових аспектів суб'єктів управління в процесі прийняття рішень. Узагальнено поведінкові аспекти процесу прийняття рішень в менеджменті бізнес-структур.

Theoretical aspects of the process of making management decisions in the management of business structures were determined in the work. Decision-making methods in the management of business structures are analyzed. Behavioral features of decision-making in the management of business structures are characterized. A comprehensive analysis of the economic activity of the research object was made, along with an analysis of the decision-making process in the management activities of the company "LOGISTIK PROFSERVIS" LLC, an analysis of the behavioral aspects of the subjects was determined management in the decision-making process.
