Abstract

Випускну бакалаврську роботу присвячено дослідженню процесів управління соціальною відповідальністю підприємства. Надано економічну сутність концепції соціальної відповідальності та розкрито її роль у системі корпоративного управління. Проведено аналіз діяльності підприємства з акцентом на вивчення показників соціальної відповідальності. Обґрунтовано основні напрями та механізми підвищення ефективності управління соціальною відповідальністю підприємства.

The final bachelor's thesis is devoted to the study of the processes of managing the social responsibility of the enterprise. The economic essence of the concept of social responsibility is provided and its role in the corporate governance system is revealed. An analysis of the company's activities was carried out, with an emphasis on the study of indicators of social responsibility. The main directions and mechanisms for increasing the efficiency of the enterprise's social responsibility management are substantiated.
