For question of the effectiveness of reengineering of Business-processes of non-productive enterprises of Ukraine

Abstract

The article is devoted to the main aspects of business processes reengineering in order to identify the main benefits and the impact o f business processes reengineering for non-productive enterprises. The basic stages of implementation of the program of business processes reengineering in order to increase functioning and competitiveness of domestic non-productive enterprises were proposed and justified.

Стаття присвячена дослідженню основних аспектів реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів організацій з метою виявлення основних переваг та наслідків використання реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів для підприємств невиробничої сфери. Запропоновано та обгрунтовано основні етапи реачізації програші реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів для підвищення ефективності функціонування та конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних невиробничих підприємств.
