Стратегічне управління розвитком підприємств АПК в Україні умовах смартекономіки

Abstract

Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням розвитку підприємств АПК в умовах смартекономіки на засадах стратегічного управління. З’ясовано, що підприємства АПК стикаються з низкою викликів, як перешкоджають їх розвитку. Доведено, що відсутність стратегії розвитку знижує ефективність функціонування та можливість розвитку підприємств АПК, яка в умовах смартекономіки посилюється внаслідок сталих цифрових трансформацій. З’ясовано, що в сучасних умовах стратегічне управління розвитком підприємств АПК має базуватись на принципах смартекономіки, удосконаленні підходів формування стратегії розвитку. Розглянуто традиційну модель стратегічного управління. Досліджено вітчизняні моделі стратегічного управління розвитком підприємств АПК. Запропонована удосконалена авторська модель, яка розширює етап стратегічного аналізу, доповнюючи його аналізом спроможності підприємств АПК переходу до AgTech технологій.

The article is devoted to the current issues of the development of agribusiness enterprises in the conditions ofa smart economy on the basis of strategic management. It was found that in the conditions of a smart economy, agribusiness enterprises face a number of challenges that hinder their effective development. It is proved that the absence of a development strategy reduces the efficiency of the functioning and development of agribusiness enterprises, which in the conditions of a smart economy is exacerbated by constant digital transformations. It wasfound that in modern conditions, strategic management of the development of agribusiness enterprises should be based on the principles of a smart economy, improving approaches to the formation of a development strategy, which is developed in the process of strategic management. It is determined that strategic management of enterprise development is the process of forming and implementing long-term goals and objectives of the organization in a changing external environment, taking into account internal resources and capabilities. The traditional model of strategic management is considered. However, in the conditions of a smart economy, the traditional model of strategic management is undergoing transformational changes associated with the transition of agro-industrial complex enterprises to the use of smart technologies. New models of strategic management of agro-industrial complex enterprises, developed by domestic researchers, are studied. The model of strategic management of agroindustrial complex enterprises is considered, which includes: information support, controlling, target orientation of functional actions, an organizational and operational model of strategizing, goals, implementation mechanisms and management control. An improved author's model of strategic management of the development of agribusiness enterprises is proposed, which expands the stage of strategic analysis, supplementing it with an analysis of the ability of agribusiness enterprises to transition to the use of AgTech technologies.
