Управління процесами впровадження технологій штучного інтелекту у бізнес-процеси підприємства

Abstract

Дипломну магістерську роботу присвячено дослідженню теоретичних засад та розробленню практичних рекомендацій щодо управління процесами впровадження технологій штучного інтелекту у бізнес-процеси підприємства. На основі аналізу діяльності ТОВ «КП Емір» і оцінювання рівня цифровізації його ключових операційних та управлінських процесів визначено основні проблеми та бар’єри, що стримують ефективне використання інтелектуальних технологій. Проведено комплексну діагностику цифрової зрілості, оцінено ефективність наявних технічних та організаційних рішень, запропоновано концептуальну модель інтеграції технологій ШІ у бізнес-процеси підприємства. Розроблено стратегію цифрової трансформації та обґрунтовано очікуваний економічний ефект і ризики, пов’язані з упровадженням штучного інтелекту.

The master’s thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical foundations and the development of practical recommendations for managing the processes of implementing artificial intelligence technologies into the business processes of an enterprise. Based on the analysis of the activities of LLC “KP Emir” and the assessment of the digitalization level of its key operational and managerial processes, the main challenges and barriers to the effective use of intelligent technologies were identified. A comprehensive diagnosis of digital maturity was conducted, the effectiveness of existing technical and organizational solutions was evaluated, and a conceptual model for integrating AI technologies into the enterprise’s business processes was proposed. A digital transformation strategy was developed, along with a justification of the expected economic effect and the associated risks of implementing artificial intelligence.
