Digital platforms and foreign language communicative competence in distance learning

Abstract

The work deals with the role of digital platforms in the development of foreign language communicative competence among higher education students in the context of distance learning. The study analyzes the impact of digital transformation on modern education and examines the possibilities of online platforms for organizing interactive and personalized language learning. Special attention is paid to the communicative approach, the advantages of synchronous and asynchronous forms of learning, and the role of digital tools in developing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
