Мета і завдання управління процесом інвестування житлового фонду

Abstract

На засадах філософсько-гносеологічного підходу автором визначено сутність мети і завдань управління процесом інвестування формування житлового фонду. Перелічено етапи формулювання мети, постановки завдань управління. У статті автором встановлено загальні зв’язки між його метою і завданнями. Розподілено завдання управління, його систем за групами. Досліджено і упорядковано проблеми формулювання мети, постановки завдань управління, наведено пропозиції й рекомендації з їх подолання.

On the basis of a comprehensive and systematic approaches, the foundations of economic theory, the theories of management had been explained the purpose and content of the goals and objectives of managing the investment of residential fund by the author; the basic steps of goal formation process management of housing investment; the article established the general relationship between its purpose and objectives; a distribution management purposes formation process and systems of housing investment in three groups; had been determined and sorted the problem with the formation of goal formation process management funding housing measures on their elimination by the author.
