Abstract

Стаття присвячена визначенню сутності потенціалу, його об’єктних та суб’єктних складових. Розглянуто еволюцію трактування терміна “потенціал” в економіці. Здійснено аналіз складових потенціалу підприємства, розглянуто управлінський потенціал та цикл його формування. Увага акцентується на розвитку управлінського потенціалу у керівників, запропонована низка компонентів, через які можна розвинути управлінський потенціал. Визначено сукупність здібностей та якостей, необхідних керівникові для здійснення ефективної управлінської діяльності.

Purpose of the article is to determine the nature of the potential, its objective and subjective components. The evolution of interpretation of term “potential” is considered in an economy. The analysis components of the capacity are considered administrative capacity and cycle its formation. Attention is focused on the development of management capacity in leaders proposed a number of components through which you can develop management capacity. Thus, successful functioning of enterprise, his competitiveness depends on many factors, but main human. In our view, research of administrative potential, that consists in determination of the most effective methods of his forming and development, is the theoretical and practical issue of the day of modern economic science.
