Abstract: When building pipelines intended for pumping gas and oil, pipes with factory insulating coating are used. For their laying, power grips are used, the main carrier element of which is a multilayer technical tissue with a large discontinuous load. Such captures do not damage the protective coating of pipes. In the process of manufacturing multilayer technical tissue, it is necessary to periodically determine its discontinuous load. With the magnitude of the discontinuous load, less than the minimum allowable fabric cannot be used for the manufacture of power grips. Due to the fact that the seizures of discontinuous machines are not adapted to hold the tissue, a device for holding a tissue, which includes a cylindrical rod, which presses the fabric to the surface of wedge-shaped vice.
