Сучасні тенденції в дизайні інтер'єру закладів громадського харчування

Abstract

У статті наведені результати аналізу сучасного досвіду проєктування інтер’єру закладів громадського харчування, як приклад докладно розглянуті проєкти інтер’єру двох закладів в Україні, ресторану "Мама Манана" в місті Київ та ресторану "Yoki restaurant" в місті Чернівці. Визначені основні сучасні тенденції в дизайні інтер’єру закладів громадського харчування у використанні освітлення, озеленення та підходах до художньо-естетичних рішень.

The article presents the results of the analysis of the modern experience of designing the interior of public catering establishments, as an example, the interior projects of two establishments in Ukraine, the restaurant "Mama Manana" in the city of Kyiv and the restaurant "Yoki restaurant" in the city of Chernivtsi, are considered in detail. The main modern trends in the interior design of public catering establishments in the use of lighting, landscaping, and approaches to artistic and aesthetic solutions are determined.
