| Abstract: | Розглянуто сутність українського будівельного ринку, узагальнено проблеми відбудови в умовах воєнного стану, проаналізовано динаміку пошкодження зруйнованих внаслідок війни українських будівель, структуру іноземних заходів щодо вирішення цієї проблеми. Оцінено, визначено основні напрями розвитку реконструкції житла в Україні. The essence of the Ukrainian construction market is considered, the problems of rebuilding in the conditions of martial law are summarized, the dynamics of damage to Ukrainian buildings destroyed as a result of the war are analyzed, the structure of foreign measures to solve this problem is evaluated, the main directions of the development of housing reconstruction in Ukraine are determined. |
