Abstract: The article "Gamification in Higher Education: Benefits and Challenges" by Makhovych I. A. and Kuzmych S. I. explores the effective use of gamification to engage modern youth in education. Gamification involves incorporating game design elements into learning contexts to enhance motivation and engagement. The article highlights its popularity in online education, where face-to-face interaction is limited. The article discusses various gamification approaches, including using points, badges, and leaderboards to reward student progress.
