Дослідження функціонального трикотажу для спортивних виробів

Abstract

Наукову магістерську роботу присвячено дослідженню структурних характеристик переплетення та фізико-механічних характеристик трикотажних полотен для функціонального компресійного спортивного одягу. У першому розділі розглянуто ключові аспекти існуючого на ринку України асортименту спортивного одягу. Одягу, який створює компресійний ефект на тіло спортсмена-професіонала під час тренувань та виступів на міжнародних змаганнях. У другому розділі проведений аналіз за напрямком дослідження, а саме характеристика спортивних компресійних виробів, сировини, що використовується та функціональні вимоги до спортивного одягу. У третьому розділі проведено дослідження струткурних характеристик трикотажу та встановлено, що СКШ мають різну ширину відповідно ділянок, тобто більш наближені до форми ноги, виготовлені з використанням різних переплетень, що сприяє досягненню форми, мають відмінний сировинний склад. Дослідження властивостей компресійних шкарпеток показали, що повна деформація перевищує значеня 80%, що вказує на гарну розтяжніть всїх ділянок шкарпетки, а залишкова деформація лежить в межах 5%, тобто виріб відновлює свої лінійні розміри.

The scientific master's thesis is devoted to the study of structural characteristics interlooping and physical and mechanical characteristics of knitted fabrics for functional compression sportswear. In the chapter, the aspects of the range of sportswear existing on the market of Ukraine are considered. Clothing that creates a compression effect on the body of a professional athlete during training and performances at international competitions. In the second chapter, an analysis was carried out according to the direction of research, namely, the characteristics of sports compression products, the raw materials used, and the functional requirements for sports clothing. In the third chapter, a study of the socks structural characteristics of knitwear was carried out and it was established that the have different widths according to the sections, that is, the legs are closer to the shape, made using different weaves, which helps to achieve the shape, and have an excellent raw material composition. Studies of the properties of compression socks have shown that the total deformation exceeds the value of 80%, which indicates a good stretch of all areas of the sock, and the residual deformation lies within 5%, that is, the product restores its linear dimensions.
