Формування системи управління фінансово-економічною безпекою підприємства

Abstract

Дипломну магiстерську роботу присвячено дослiдженню теоретичних основ управління фінансово-економічною безпекою підприємства, факторів формування системи фінансово-економічної безпеки, аналізу та класифікації загроз її втрати. Проаналізовано чииники розвитку та основні показники фінансового стану ТОВ "Агрокомплекс "Зелена долина" в контексті оцінювання рівня фінансово-економічної безпеки. Оцінку кризових явищ та рівня фінансово-економічної безпеки здійснено з використанням моделей оцінювання імовірності банкрутства та інтегрального оцінювання. Розроблено пропозиції щодо формування стратегії фінансово-економічної безпеки та рекомендації щодо формування системи управління фінансово-економічною безпекою ТОВ "Агрокомплекс "Зелена долина".

The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations of the management of the financial and economic security of the enterprise, the factors of the formation of the system of financial and economic security, the analysis and classification of the threats of its loss. The factors of development and the main indicators of the financial condition of LLC "Agrocomplex "Green Valley" in the context of assessing the level of financial and economic security are analyzed. The assessment of crisis phenomena and the level of financial and economic security was carried out using models for assessing the probability of bankruptcy and integral assessment. Proposals for the formation of a financial and economic security strategy and recommendations for the formation of a financial and economic security management system of Agrocomplex "Green Valley" LLC have been developed.
