| Abstract: | Випускну бакалаврську роботу присвячено теоретико-методичному та практичному дослідженню впливу трудової поведінки на вдосконалення системи управління персоналом. В роботі здійснено аналіз системи управління персоналом ТОВ "Італавто Центр", надано пропозиції щодо впровадження інноваційного методу управління персоналом; проведено оцінку ефективності запропонованих заходів та визначення прогнозних показників діяльності ТОВ "Італавто". The final bachelor's thesis is devoted to the theoretical-methodical and practical study of the influence of labor behavior on the improvement of the personnel management system. In the work, an analysis of the personnel management system of Italavto Center LLC was carried out, proposals were made for the implementation of an innovative method of personnel management; an assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed measures and determination of the forecast indicators of the activity of "Ital Auto" LLC was carried out. |
