Інформаційна глобалізація як чинник формування сучасної особистості

Abstract

У статті розглядається вплив інформаційної глобалізації на формування сучасної особистості. Зазначено, що від початку ХХ століття, феномен глобалізації став предметом численних наукових досліджень, головним чином через зростання світової економіки та стрімкий розвиток нових інформаційних технологій. Як наслідок, глобалізація вплинула на всі сфери людського життя, як фінансову, так і культурну та духовну. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що в умовах інформаційної глобалізації відбувається активна трансформація особистості, формується так звана "особистість ХХІ століття" та нове сучасне покоління в якому відбувається усвідомлення свого "Я" та формування "Я-концепції", визначення своєї життєвої і соціальної позиції, ідентичності, що дозволяє максимально реалізувати особистісний потенціал. Визначено, що інформаційна глобалізація – це всесвітній процес, який розвивається і змінюється внаслідок інтенсивної трансформації інформаційних технологій та їх сильного впливу на різні сфери життя суспільства, що в кінцевому підсумку призводить до появи нового сучасного стилю розвитку особистості. Звернуто увагу на те, що в умовах інформаційної глобалізації розвиток сучасної особистості і суспільства в цілому пов’язаний з процесами накопичення, обробки та використання інформації. Процес комп’ютеризації, інформатизації та оцифрування пронизує всі сфери суспільного життя, суттєво змінюючи не лише їхній зміст, а й спосіб відображення розвитку буття у свідомості людини. Важливим фактором суспільного розвитку і найважливішою цінністю сучасної епохи є інформація, яка циркулює каналами зв’язку і об’єднує людей в соціальне ціле, що формує глобальний інформаційний простір. Обґрунтовано, що інформаційна глобалізація безпосередньо впливає на розвиток у сучасної особистості. Під впливом інформаційної глобалізації у особистості розвиваються: пізнавальна гнучкість; ініціативність та саморегуляція; критичне та аналітичне мислення; креативність та розв’язання завдань; співпраця та комунікація; медійна та ІКТ-грамотність; Soft Skills (м’які навички) та Hard Skills (жорсткі навички) та життєво-ціннісні орієнтації.

The article examines the impact of information globalization on the formation of a modern personality. It is noted that since the beginning of the twentieth century, the phenomenon of globalization has been the subject of numerous scientific studies, mainly due to the growth of the world economy and the rapid development of new information technologies. As a result, globalization has affected all spheres of human life, including financial, cultural and spiritual. The author emphasizes that in the context of information globalization, an active transformation of the individual is taking place, the so-called "personality of the XXI century" and a new modern generation are being formed in which there is an awareness of the "I" and the formation of the "I-concept", the definition of one’s life and social position, identity, which allows one to maximize personal potential. It is determined that information globalization is a worldwide process that develops and changes as a result of the intensive transformation of information technologies and their strong impact on various spheres of society, which ultimately leads to the emergence of a new modern style of personal development. The author emphasizes that in the context of information globalization, the development of a modern personality and society as a whole is associated with the processes of accumulation, processing and use of information. The process of computerization, informatization and digitization permeates all spheres of public life, significantly changing not only their content but also the way in which the development of being is reflected in human consciousness. An important factor in social development and the most important value of the modern era is information circulating through communication channels and uniting people into a social whole that forms the global information space. It is substantiated that information globalization directly affects the development of a modern personality. Under the influence of information globalization, a person develops the following: cognitive flexibility; initiative and self-regulation; critical and analytical thinking; creativity and problem solving; cooperation and communication; media and ICT literacy; Soft Skills and Hard Skills; and life and value orientations.
