Професійно-педагогічна підготовка фахівця у контексті сучасних реалій відкритого освітньо-наукового простору ЗВО

Abstract

Визначено наукові підходи до професійно-педагогічної підготовки майбутнього фахівця, методологічну основу сучасного відкритого освітньо-наукового простору ЗВО. Авторами ґрунтовно окреслено компетентнісний підхід, його функції та основні напрями реалізації у ЗВО. Актуальності набуває конструювання моделі професійної компетентності майбутнього фахівця (контекстно-компетентнісної). Наголошено, що в умовах змішаного навчання актуалізуються індивідуальні та групові консультації (тьюторіали) між тьютором (викладачем) та тьюторантом (студентом) за умов тьюторського супроводу, що базується на принципах партнерства та суб'єкт-суб'єктної взаємодії.

In the article, the authors reveal the essence of professional and pedagogical training of specialists through the prism of modern realities of the open educational and scientific space of higher education institutions. It was determined that the scientific approaches to the professional and pedagogical training of the future specialist are noospheric, civilizational, historical-pedagogical, fundamental, paradigmatic, and integrative. Generalized scientific approaches made it possible to identify the methodological basis of the modern open educational and scientific space of higher education institutions, which includes such interdependent approaches as competence-oriented, person-oriented and system-hunting. The authors have thoroughly defined the competence approach, its directions of implementation and functions. The construction of a model of professional competence of the future specialist (context-competent) is gaining relevance, which determines the synthesis of conditions – interdisciplinary integration, organization of mixed learning and quasi-professional activities. It is emphasized that in the context of modern realities in the conditions of mixed learning, individual and group consultations (sessions) between a tutor (teacher) and a tutor (student) are actualized. It was determined that the pedagogical interaction between a tutor and a tutor is tutoring support, which is aimed at building and implementing an individual educational trajectory in order to ensure all its potential opportunities, accordingly and taking into account individual characteristics, motives and needs. Tutor support at the Higher Education Institution is based on the principles of partnership and subject-subject interaction. Instead, the subjectivity of the student will determine the transition of education to the principle of student-centeredness. The considered aspects of the study made it possible to substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the professional competence of the future specialist within the framework of professional and pedagogical training at the university.
