| Abstract: | The article examines the interaction of the central government and the regions of Ukraine in the conditions of the war and post-war period. The political, administrative and ethno-political factors that influence the effectiveness of public administration, decentralization processes and the level of public trust are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to personnel reforms, anti-corruption measures and international cooperation aimed at strengthening state stability. |
