Особливості становлення стилю професійного спілкування майбутніх психологів

Abstract

This thesis deals with the problem of studying the peculiarities of formation of style of professional communication of future psychologists in the process the teaching of students at institutes and universities. In the dissertation a normative model of style of professional communication of psychologists was proposed. This model contains general typology of styles (contact-adaptive, incentive-coordinative, congruent-altruistic and creative-tolerant). Each style consists of psycho-physiological, behavioral, emotive, cognitive and reflexive components and structural elements, which are in each component. During the experiment we proposed a program to enhance the process of the development of individual style of professional communication of future psychologists. This program consists of semantic, operational and reflexive blocks. In the process of experiment we developed and tested psychological training “The development of qualities to the professional communication of students of psychological specialties”. Exercises tailored to the training, focused primarily on the development of skills which match the formation of psycho-physiological, behavioral, emotive, cognitive and reflexive components of the contact-adaptive, incentive-coordinative, congruent-altruistic, creative-tolerant communicative styles of psychologists which in their totality constitute the individual style of professional communication of the specialist. Based on the complex of diagnostic procedures it was carried out the experimental research of the development of style of professional communication of future psychologists. The criterias of such development were: developing of students’ communicative skills, communicative and organizational skills; formation of needs in communication, high motivation to develop communicative skills and motivational orientations in interpersonal communications, high-level communicative control and ability to self-regulation in communication, personal communicative tolerance, communicative and social competence, availability of professional communicative style features of future, which determine the development of the individual style of professional communication of specialists (creativity, personal creativity, styles of thinking, emotional intelligence, empathy, the ability to participate in the process of policommunication and the development of professional reflection, etc.), the development of skills which are included into psycho-physiological, coordinative, emotive, cognitive and reflexive components of contact-adaptive, incentive-coordinative, congruent-altruistic, creative-tolerant styles of professional communication of psychologists. According to the results of the experiment we proposed the conditions of the development of style of professional communication of future psychologists: facilitation of students’ communicative skills and abilities; formation of needs of future psychologists to organize the process of productive communication; the development of creative potential of the individuality of students, their creativity, emotional intelligence, professional reflection, personal and communicative tolerance, communicative and social competence, high levels of thinking of each type, empathy; the development of high level of skills which are in styles of professional communication of psychologists and others. It was shown that the process of individual style of professional communication of future psychologists was determined according to the complex of features: a) socio-psychological, based on: freedom of personal and cognitive communicative activity; personal involvement of students in communicative and cognitive activities, positive attitude to work and the desire to make it as good as it is possible, allowing future psychologists successfully resolve communicative, diagnostic, preventive and therapeutic problems; b) psychological and pedagogical, based on: professional orientation of the educational process of higher education, innovative orientation of the educational process at the university, creating a favorable atmosphere in the classroom and mutual aid, which contributes the emergence of the best opportunities for the development of individual style of professional communicative business training and interaction, creating a positive environment for students’ professional self and personal qualities, communicative skills and abilities to provide students with opportunities for self-realization, self-monitoring and self-correction of their own activities.
