Інструментарій забезпечення конкурентоспроможності міжнародних корпорацій в системі детермінант стратегічного розвику

Abstract

У статті досліджено трансформацію конкурентних переваг міжнародних корпорацій під впливом сучасних детермінант стратегічного розвитку. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз традиційних та нових конкурентних переваг, а також систематизовано сучасний інструментарій забезпечення конкурентоспроможності міжнародних корпорацій. Особливу увагу приділено обґрунтуванню ролі цифрових технологій, інструментів управління даними та знаннями, ESG-практик, відкритих інновацій, стратегічних партнерств, механізмів сталого фінансування та інструментів забезпечення організаційної стійкості як ключових чинників формування довгострокових конкурентних переваг у глобальному бізнес-середовищі. Метою дослідження є розвиток теоретичних положень щодо формування конкурентних переваг міжнародних корпорацій у системі детермінант стратегічного розвитку шляхом ідентифікації нових джерел конкурентоспроможності та обґрунтування комплексного інструментарію їх забезпечення в умовах цифрової трансформації, посилення глобальної конкуренції, зростання ролі ESG-підходів і підвищення невизначеності глобального бізнес-середовища. Методичну основу дослідження становлять системний, порівняльний та структурно-логічний підходи, методи наукової абстракції, узагальнення, аналізу та синтезу, що дали змогу дослідити трансформацію конкурентних переваг міжнародних корпорацій під впливом детермінант стратегічного розвитку, систематизувати сучасний інструментарій забезпечення їх конкурентоспроможності та обґрунтувати напрями його використання в умовах глобальної нестабільності. У результаті дослідження запропоновано підхід до систематизації нових конкурентних переваг міжнародних корпорацій, сформованих під впливом детермінант стратегічного розвитку, а також розроблено комплексний інструментарій забезпечення їх конкурентоспроможності, що поєднує цифрові технології, інноваційні механізми, ESG-інструменти, системи управління знаннями, аналітику даних та інструменти підвищення організаційної стійкості в умовах глобальних трансформацій. Перспективи подальших досліджень полягають у розробленні науково-методичних підходів до оцінювання результативності застосування сучасного інструментарію забезпечення конкурентоспроможності міжнародних корпорацій, а також у формуванні інтегрованих моделей вимірювання їх стратегічної стійкості, адаптивності та здатності до довгострокового розвитку в умовах загострення глобальних викликів і невизначеності зовнішнього середовища.

The article examines the transformation of competitive advantages of international corporations under the influence of modern determinants of strategic development. A comparative analysis of traditional and new competitive advantages is carried out, and a modern toolkit for ensuring the competitiveness of international corporations is systematized. Particular attention is paid to substantiating the role of digital technologies, data and knowledge management tools, ESG practices, open innovations, strategic partnerships, sustainable financing mechanisms, and tools for ensuring organizational sustainability as key factors in the formation of long-term competitive advantages in the global business environment. The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical provisions on the formation of competitive advantages of international corporations in the system of strategic development determinants by identifying new sources of competitiveness and substantiating a comprehensive toolkit for ensuring them in the context of digital transformation, increased global competition, the growing role of ESG approaches, and increased uncertainty in the global business environment. The methodological basis of the study is a systematic, comparative and structural-logical approaches, methods of scientific abstraction, generalization, analysis and synthesis, which made it possible to investigate the transformation of competitive advantages of international corporations under the influence of strategic development determinants, to systematize modern tools for ensuring their competitiveness and to substantiate the directions of its use in conditions of global instability. As a result of the study, an approach to systematizing new competitive advantages of international corporations formed under the influence of strategic development determinants was proposed, and a comprehensive toolkit for ensuring their competitiveness was developed, combining digital technologies, innovative mechanisms, ESG tools, knowledge management systems, data analytics and tools for increasing organizational resilience in conditions of global transformations. Prospects for further research lie in the development of scientific and methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of the application of modern tools for ensuring the competitiveness of international corporations, as well as in the formation of integrated models for measuring their strategic stability, adaptability, and ability for long-term development in the face of intensifying global challenges and uncertainty in the external environment.
