Інтелектуалізація управління джерелами фінансування підприємств в умовах детінізації економіки та євроінтеграційних трансформацій

Abstract

У статті досліджено теоретичні та прикладні аспекти інтелектуалізації управління джерелами фінансування розвитку підприємств в умовах детінізації економіки та євроінтеграційних трансформацій. Удосконалено класифікацію джерел фінансування підприємств шляхом виокремлення поряд із традиційними власними та позиковими джерелами інвестиційних і публічних (державних та міжнародних грантових) джерел фінансування. Розроблено концептуальний механізм інтеграції інтелектуальних цифрових технологій у систему фінансового менеджменту підприємств, особливістю якого є поєднання цифрово-аналітичного, фінансово-економічного, організаційно-управлінського та інституційного контурів управління, що забезпечує підвищення ефективності формування, розподілу та використання фінансових ресурсів. Запропоновано адаптивно-циклічну модель впливу інтелектуалізації управління джерелами фінансування на економічні результати діяльності підприємства, яка, на відміну від існуючих лінійних моделей, базується на замкненому контурі зворотного зв’язку між економічними результатами, цифровими інвестиціями та подальшою інтелектуалізацією фінансового менеджменту, що забезпечує безперервне вдосконалення системи управління. Обґрунтовано систему взаємозв’язків між процесами цифрової трансформації, детінізації фінансових потоків, оптимізації структури джерел фінансування, підвищення фінансової стійкості, інвестиційної привабливості та конкурентоспроможності підприємств, що формує наукове підґрунтя для реалізації євроінтеграційних пріоритетів розвитку економічних суб’єктів.

The article examines the theoretical and applied aspects of the intellectualization of enterprise financing source management in the context of economic de-shadowing and European integration transformations. The classification of enterprise financing sources has been improved by distinguishing, alongside the traditional equity and debt financing sources, investment sources and public funding sources (including state support and international grants). A conceptual framework for integrating intelligent digital technologies into the enterprise financial management system has been developed. Its distinctive feature is the integration of digital-analytical, financial-economic, organizational-managerial, and institutional management dimensions, ensuring greater efficiency in the formation, allocation, and utilization of financial resources. An adaptive cyclic model of the impact of the intellectualization of financing source management on enterprise economic performance is proposed. Unlike existing linear models, the suggested approach is based on a closed-loop feedback mechanism linking economic performance, digital investments, and the further intellectualization of financial management, thereby ensuring the continuous improvement of the management system. Furthermore, the study substantiates a system of interrelationships among the processes of digital transformation, the de-shadowing of financial flows, the optimization of the financing source structure, and the enhancement of financial sustainability, investment attractiveness, and enterprise competitiveness. These interconnections provide a scientific foundation for implementing the European integration priorities of enterprise development and strengthening the resilience of economic entities under contemporary transformational conditions.
