Систематизація вентиляційних елементів у захисному одязі

Abstract

У статті розроблено класифікацію різновидів вентиляційних елементів у захисному одязі за різними критеріями. Запропоновано угрупування вентиляційних елементів за асортиментом, зонами розміщення, ступенем регулювання, формою тощо. На основі методу системного аналізу розроблено класифікацію вентиляційних елементів за різними зонами розміщенн. Теоретичні дослідження базуються на основних положеннях технології виготовлення одягу. Розкрито конструктивні і технологічні особливості виготовлення вентиляційних отворів. Розглянуто використання високотехнологічних матеріалів та різноманітних технологій створення вентиляції в одязі спеціального призначення. Запропоновано підхід до формування інформаційної бази вентиляційних елементів у захисному одязі та їх конструктивно-технологічних характеристик.

The article develops a classification of types of ventilation elements in the protective clothing according to different criteria. Examines the factors that impact on human activity: environmental conditions (air temperature, wind speed, pressure, precipitation), the operating conditions of clothes, the choice of package materials (main and auxiliary), the choice of furniture (metal, plastic, textile). The grouping of the ventilation elements assortment, placement zones, the degree of regulation, shape and other. Based on the method of system analysis to develop a classification of the ventilation elements with different placement zones. Theoretical studies based on the main provisions of the technology for the manufacture of clothing. Disclosed constructive and technological features of manufacture of ventilation holes. The article discusses the use of hightech materials and a variety of technologies for creating ventilation in clothing for special purposes. The proposed approach to formation of information base of the ventilation elements in protective clothing.
