Процедура вчинення нотаріусом нотаріальних проваджень у сфері спадкових відносин, ускладнених іноземним елементом

Abstract

Статтю присвячено аналізу процедури реалізації нотаріальних дій у сфері спадкових відносин, ускладнених іноземним елементом. Описано структуру нотаріальної процедури, яка складається із загальних правил виконання нотаріальних дій, порядку виконання нотаріальних дій та правил їх фіксації.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the procedure for the implementation of notarial acts complicated by a foreign element. The structure of the notarial procedure, which consists of three elements, is described: it is formulated: a certain sequence (order) of the performance of notarial acts, which are developed in the notarial procedure; General rules of execution and rules for the performance of certain notarial acts regulating the powers of the notary regarding the performance of notarial acts (order); Rules for fixing notarial acts by a notary public.
