Технологія отримання лактобактерину

Abstract

Дипломний бакалаврський проєкт присвячено технології виробництва біомаси Лактобактерину за допомогою штаму Lactobacillus plantarum LLY-606 у відповідності до техніко-економічного обґрунтування. У дипломному проєкті обґрунтовано технологію культивування Lactobacillus plantarum LLY-606, представлено технологічну схему виробництва біомаси Лактобактерину. Обґрунтовано вибір біологічного високопродуктивного штаму, склад поживного середовища, умови культивування та вибір технологічного обладнання. Проведено вихідні розрахунки для реалізації технологічної схеми. Проєктна технологічна схема передбачає стадію допоміжних робіт, технологічний процес, стадію знешкодження відходів. Обрано методики контролю культуральної рідини.

Diploma bachelor's project is dedicated to the technology of biomass production of Lactobacterin for an additional strain of Lactobacillus plantarum LLY-606 in the performance to technical and economic priming. In the diploma project, the technology of cultivation of Lactobacillus plantarum LLY-606 was primed; a technological scheme for the cultivation of Lactobacterin biomass was presented. It was primed with a choice of a biologically highly productive strain, a storage of a living medium, a wash of cultivation and a choice of technological possession. Conducted inspections for the implementation of the technological scheme. The project technological scheme transfers the stage of additional work, the technological process, the stage of outsourcing. Methods for the control of cultural rɿdini were selected.
