| Abstract: | The stylization of elements from nature or other fields of art represents an important method for designing collections of clothing products. Through the process of stylization, real forms are simplified, transformed, and artistically reinterpreted, becoming decorative or structural elements of garments. This paper presents how different sources of inspiration – such as architecture, insects, and flowers – can influence fashion design. Within the paper, examples of sketches inspired by these elements are analyzed, highlighting the process of transforming natural or architectural forms into clothing design concepts. The results demonstrate that stylization represents an essential stage in the creative process of designers, contributing to the development of original and expressive collections. |
